The space A 30 m² (327 sq ft) fully equipped studio in a 16th–century building blending historic charm with modern comfort. The building, a typical "Tripeiro" house, was lovingly restored by the architecture studio BELOMONTE and proudly maintains its original structure, including the brown wooden beams and the old central wooden staircase, which is now adorned with beautiful contemporary art and a small library. Inside the studio: - Two single beds (90×200) with fresh linens and towels - Air conditioning - Modern private bathroom - Kitchenette with fridge, stove, and microwave - Small wardrobe for your belongings - Fast Wi-Fi - A few welcome touches from us. Olive oil, vinegar, tea, and a cold Super Bock in the fridge Step outside and you're 5 minutes from Porto Cathedral, 6 from São Bento station and Ribeira, under 10 from Avenida dos Aliados. Everything that matters in Porto is walkable from your door. Guest access You will have private access to the entire studio apartment for the duration of your stay. While there is paid street parking, a covered parking garage (Infante) is just a 3-minute walk away. Other things to note Our building is part of Porto's UNESCO World Heritage and dates to the 1500s. We've kept its character intact — the original wooden beams, floors, and staircase are all still here, exactly as they've been for 500 years. That's the magic of staying in a real Tripeiro house, and it's worth knowing what comes with it before you book: - Sound travels in an old wooden building. Especially in high season, expect some street sound from the lively historic centre, occasional footsteps and creaks from the wooden structure, and movement on the staircase. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of their own footsteps and to respect quiet hours, out of consideration for neighbours and other guests in the building. In case you are a light sleeper, we provide earplugs for you. - Stairs, no elevator. Dardo is on the 4th floor (60 steps up the original wooden staircase). Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. - Two guests maximum. Not suitable for children or infants. - Quiet hours 22:00–08:00. - No smoking, no parties.
