Newly remodeled guest suite in lower Arcadia, 1 mile from PHX airport. 10 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Near the Desert Botanical Garden and Camelback Mountain. Room has full bed, love seat, tv, dvd player, desk, wifi. The rest of the suite contains a storage closet, kitchenette, washer and dryer, and private bathroom. You will also have use of the backyard and hot tub. The hot tub is only available between Sep. and May. It is not available June through Aug. Guest access You will have full access to the guest suite, which is an apartment attached to the main house. You will also have access to the yard and hot tub. The hot tub is not available June through August due to heat safety.
