The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking. This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher. It has a seperate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Table and chairs for 6 people inside for a cozy family meal. There are 3 bedrooms: The first with a King bed, ensuite bath room, and plenty of storage space The 2nd and 3rd have twin beds All bedrooms have ample storage space and the master and one twin have TVs There is an additional family shower room with large walk in shower. Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs, they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs, they must be kept on a lead when on the grass areas and any mess must be collected and disposed of in the bins around the resort. Charge for dogs is £30 per dog and this is collected after booking, through our check in portal. Other things to note We do have other lodges on site so if you are staying in a group please contact us.
