Walk to the Falls from The Mint

Fantastic location in the Park Place Historic District of Niagara Falls, NY - a block off Main Street and 1 block from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. FREE Wi-FI. We are permitted and meet all health and safety standards required by the City of Niagara Falls. The space The house is a large old Victorian built in 1890. It has been recently rescued and renovated. It has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The HUGE living room, library and dining room, kitchen and half bath are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you do not wish to cook, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more near the Falls. ​ The front porch is a lovely place to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing or grill up some dinner in the backyard/garden. There is dedicated parking for up to 3 cars off the alley behind the house. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to make themselves at home. Other things to note We are fully permitted and certified by the City of Niagara Falls that we meet all building and fire codes required to operate a vacation rental. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. Keep your family safe and be sure to book with those operators that can show you their permit and certificate of occupancy.
