Serendipity is perfect place to reconnect with a family, group of friends, or romantic getaway (Fire pit, fire place inside, games, books) Fabulous view is Graves Mountain. Great hiking with the famous Whiteoak Canyon Trail and Old Rag Mountain Trail, just to name a few. Lots of local wineries to explore. Robinson River steps away for great trout fishing. Private pond access .25 away. Our cozy cabin has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, livingroom, upper and lower decks. You will have access to the upper floor. THE BASEMENT GROUND FLOOR IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.There is a Keurig with a few k cups to start you off. A charcoal grill and fire pit on site. There is a full kitchen. The beautiful view can be seen from not only decks but also kitchen and livingroom. Our TV plays DVDs and we have left a few for you to enjoy. There is no cell or internet service. We do have a landline for national calling. Our third bedroom is accessed by pull down stairs and is not safe for children. It is .5 mile of non- state-mainted dirt road to get to the cabin. It is a bumpy ride but well worth the view. Please keep in mind that this is a simple mountain cabin/ retreat and it is pet friendly. If you desire luxury, this is not the place for you. Guests have access to both decks and second floor living space. No access to ground/basement level. You will be able to contact me by phone. Our friend Connie manages our cabin and lives very close by for questions. If you are looking for a simple mountain reteat with a breathtaking view or you love to hike, fish, or just be in the mountain air, this is the getaway for you! Enjoy a fire at a fire pit outside or inside the fireplace (fireplace wood burning insert). Our cabin is on a moutain and the road is not state maintained...be prepared for a bumpy dirt road. It's .5 mile up the dirt road. Think outdoors! We are off grid. There is running water, electricty, electric heat, and air-conditioned.
