The 3 mile drive up the steep paved road off the main highway. Neighbors have acreage and homes on both sides of this property no trespassing on the neighbors property. Springtime brings immense wildflowers, especially poppies. The lake is back dawn sawmill Road that's 10 min. drive to the Highway. The lake access is everywhere there. great fishin . If you go another 10 minutes north you're in {Kernville,} shops ,great bars, pizza place, rafting ,hiking . Sierra Alta ski resort 15 minutes away. Miracle Hot Springs 15 minutes away Guest access you have use of the house except for two closets, which are locked. there is a backyard area with a shed, No access for quests there. Must stay on the trail or dirt road, to avoid damaging the landscape of the property. Other things to note Must be over 22 to book here. coordinate your arrival time with host To get the key and home care instructions .if someone needs to use the EV charger Guest must notify host and make payment the same day of booking, otherwise it will not be available during your stay .it’s $50 per two day stay and $25 each additional day. inflatable hot tub incredibly comfortable people must wash body lotions and oils off their skin before getting in, or the filter system will clog and you'll be without the hot tub. The property is surrounded by steep soft dirt landscape no one is allowed to traverse the areas around the property, therefore children only have a small area in the front yard where they can play. This home is not suitable for children under 8years old. Guests must stay on the trail if they are to walk down property and don't go past the no trespassing sign. 10 minute Drive up a narrow, steep mountain road, it is paved. , Then Half mile dirt road. No camp fires ever. NO shooting. or pellet guns . There is a rope barricade above the front yard, guess may not remove that to drive past. 30 foot walk from parking area to the front door. Camera over the front door facing the street and deck. Second camera in the far back, on the shed, facing the street. That area is locked off. I'm sorry we do not allow service dogs at this property, for when it is not being booked I myself live there and I am highly allergic to dogs. sorry for the inconvenience. No garbage bags can be left outside. Garbage can is inside the day room. ONLY RESERVED NUMBER OF GUESTS ALLOWED. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME, REGARDLESS STAYING OVERNIGHT OR NOT.
