HDMI cable is provided. Excellent location close to lake, Cornell University, Ithaca College and minutes from downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Lake. Only 30 minutes from Greek Peek Skiing. Committed to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable. Apartment is sanitized after each guest stay. The space This is a standalone private apartment in our family home with a private entrance. We have a nice deck that over our pond. Please feel free to sit up there, especially at sunrise or sunset. If you would like to have a small fire, we have a fire pit for use. We just ask that you inform us before you use it. Guest access You have complete access to apartment on ground level and have access to the deck which you share. Other things to note Between May 20-31, 2021 the minimum stay is 3 nights due to both Ithaca College and Cornell graduations.
