Other things to note The house is newly remodeled with an emphasis on energy efficiency. A new heat pump system that heats/cools the house was recently installed and insulation was added in the roof, cellar and walls. While there are ways to adjust the temperature it’s best if you contact Julie and allow her to make any changes as the system is a bit complex. There is a new on demand hot water system which produces a generous amount of hot water. All the appliances in the kitchen are new. The gas stove requires the knobs to be held down a few seconds after the burner or oven is lit (in order for it to sustain the flame). There is a kitchen fire extinguisher on the counter next to the tall gray pantry closets. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes that allow you to prepare a snack or a several course meal. The driveway provides off street parking for 2-3 cars
