You are 8-15 min walking distance to several bus stops. Beautiful view from the back deck of the Wasatch Mtns. Park access down the street that makes you feel as though you are in the Mountains, great for morning or evening walks. Tennis courts nearby as well. Guest access Driveway at front of the house is available for parking 1 vehicle on the right/South side of driveway. Street parking for additional car. Large backyard, views of Mountains.
