Guest suite in Klamath Falls

Welcome! Our clean and spacious Guest Suite has a cozy and contemporary feel. Super convenient 5 minute drive to Sky Lakes Medical Center and OIT. Located on a main street in a safe neighborhood, it also offers easy access to Crater Lake National Park and Lava Beds National Monument. The private suite is on the ground level of a split level home and is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops downtown. The space If you're tall like me, please note that the indoor ceiling height is 6' 6" (198 cm) The design of the suite gives it an even temperature year round. If needed, the bedroom and living room each have a space heater for the cooler months and an oscillating fan for the warmer months. The suite has double pane windows and is quiet inside. The soothing sound machine helps you ease into zzz's. Suite Features: - BEDROOM has a Queen-size hybrid mattress with down pillows, closet, and room darkening curtains. - LIVING ROOM has a TV, convertible sofa, mini fridge, microwave, and wet-bar. Guests can sign in to their streaming accounts on the smart TV as well as choose from a selection of local channels. - KITCHENETTE has a two burner gas stove, Keurig style coffee maker, a dining table with chairs, and is equipped with kitchen essentials. - BATHROOM has a curtain enclosed shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, all of which are fragrance & allergen free, sulfate, paraben, and phosphate free, with no artificial color or additives. Furnished with a wall-mounted blow dryer. - LAUNDRY ROOM, with washer and dryer, is adjacent to your suite. It's a shared room and is accessed through your own private and secured door. Other things to note - Suite is not childproof (no outlet plug protectors, cabinet locks, table corner guards, gates, etc.) - You'll have a reserved parking space on our gravel driveway. If needed, additional parking is available on the parkway in front of the suite. - There may be guests staying in the suite above yours. - Because we're concerned about your health and safety as well as our own, we block off one day before each check-in and after each check-out for cleaning and ventilation purposes. We always wear disposable gloves during our meticulous cleaning and sanitizing process.
