Conveniently there is free all day street parking as well. You can bike or walk everywhere. The Airbnb is adjacent but completely separate from the main residence with a separate entrance. The lower village and specifically where the Coconut is located is the only area of Montecito with sidewalks and bike lanes making it the most attractive spot for visitors. It is extremely safe and private and you are just steps from two Michelin Star Restaurants and delicious coffee shops, and a grocery store for all basic needs. You can quickly jump on the freeway or bike to downtown Santa Barbara for events or to wine taste in the Funk Zone. Montecito is the nicest town on the Coast and you are in the premier location because you don’t have to drive through confusing neighborhoods. If you love to go on a beach walk, you’ll have a direct route, or if you want to go on a hike, you drive straight up the street all the way till it dead-ends at trail head. You can walk everywhere or take out the two bikes. Parking is paved and gated. There is free all day parking outside as well.
