The cottage is located in a cul-de-sac and is just a few minutes walk from the shore of the lake. Apartments: The retreat consists of three residential units. Two residential units (Berlioz and Delling) are located on the ground floor of the house completed in 2019 and each comprise about 40 m² of living space and a 12 m² terrace. Upstairs there is an approx. 70 m² residential unit (Lydia) with an approx. 10 m² indoor terrace. The purist and high-quality furnished apartments Berlioz and Delling each include a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bedroom with smart TV and box spring bed. The living rooms offer an extra bed for 2 more people on a box spring sofa, so the apartments easily sleep 4 each. The bedrooms of the apartments are all air conditioned and equipped with Samsung brand smart TVs. Furthermore, each sleeping option consists of a box spring structure. The equipment of the famous "Nolte"kitchens leaves nothing to be missed and also invites you to cook locally if you want to spend the evening comfortably. Parking: The motor vehicles can be put on the enclosed property under a carport. One parking space is available for free per unit. Garden: All guests are free to use the garden of the property. Garden chairs, loungers and barbecue can be used here. Animals: Pets are welcome in the Berlioz and Delling apartments for a fee. Children: For children who travel free of charge up to the age of 14, there is the possibility to request cots, high chairs, games consoles, board games and sports equipment (e.g. badminton). Surroundings: Lake Senftenberg is located only about 250 m from the property. A children's playground, the amphitheater, the lake sports hall and gastronomic facilities are also within walking distance. Lake Geierswald, which is 2 km away, also offers gastronomy and water sports to a high standard. Check-in /-out: Arrival is generally only possible from 3:00 PM to ensure a smooth process and a consistently high standard. Departure is generally until 10:00 am by guests. If we cannot receive you in person on your day of arrival, uncomplicated key reception on site is possible through a combination lock ("Key-Boy").
