The space In the flat you'll have 1 en-suite bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a large living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi and a dining room both with private access to the terrace with a convivial atmosphere and views of the Douro River. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartament. Other things to note We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your flat! Just ask (price on request) For monthly bookings we have a limit of €200 for water, electricity and the internet/television pack. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
