The Campus Cottage on Walnut Alley is a very charming home. It’s a perfect blend of its original style with modern amenities. It’s been wonderfully and meticulously updated. Just a few block walk to U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight arena, & Autzen Stadium, this quaint 2 bed, 1 bath home has a beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook, or just warm up food. There is a lovely four season sun porch and outside barbecue to enjoy. Off street parking is adjacent to the cottage. The space Guests have the entire cottage to use while staying. It’s not attached to any other home or apartment. So you don’t have to worry about noise upstairs or downstairs. Please keep outside noise down after 9pm. Keyless entry with code given to you upon booking. Guest access This is a very quiet and walkable neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Hendricks park is just minutes away., where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the valley. The Cottage is also within walking distance to amazing restaurants and grocery stores. There is parking alongside the cottage for one car in front of the steps leading to the front door and also room for two more cars along the alley side of the cottage.
