The space The home includes a king bed on the 3rd floor with its own balcony, along with a garden tub this top floor does not have a door its an open room at the top of the stairs so there is no door at the top. A queen bed in 2nd bedroom (has own balcony) and a twin trundle bed in 3rd bedroom that can be made into a king, both located on 2nd floor. Pack n Play in closet. * Washer and dryer also on 2nd floor * 1/2 bath on first floor * Outdoor shower and a hose on front and back deck for rinsing sand (please rinse sand!) * Essentials starter pack that includes, dishwasher and laundry soap, TP, beach towels and beach blankets, a few beach chairs, a small umbrella, games, books, dvd movies, beach buggie and beach coolers, * Wi-Fi and T.V with peacock and pluto TV * Onsite parking for 2 cars (additional parking across street along fence line) * Work desk on 3rd floor *The townhouse was built in 1990 *Master bathroom has minor updates *kitchen updated along with Jack and Jill bathroom Other things to note Our 1990s era Townhouse, still has its seaside charm. Where the kitchen now has been updated with back splash, new counter tops and a glass back splash. We have also updated the shared bathroom. The 3rd floor master does not have a door as it is a open concept loft type room, still offers a lot of privacy and though the master bathroom has not been fully updated we have added some touches to still make it welcoming and bright. The home has been brought to the 21st century with an updated high-efficiency HVAC system, water heater and new electrical box. The porches have all been updated with new weather proof wood.
