The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, while the second bedroom features 2 queen size beds. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room to ensure everyone gets a restful night of sleep after a fun filled day building castles in the sand and kite boarding. The space (Our home does not participate in spring break) The modern kitchen is fully equipped so you have everything you need to cook your favorite meals. We understand wanting to be on vacation while still having all of the comforts of home. For this purpose, we have included a washer and dryer in the condo. You can also view an unforgettable sunrise from the comfort of the living room and master bedroom windows. This condo is located on the 4th floor and includes a private balcony with plenty of outdoor seating. Relax while feeling the gentle island breeze and even dine alfresco. We know you will love Saida IV 304 Guest access There is only one Locked owners closet. You have access to everything else in our place as well as the washer and dryer. You also have full access to the resort ammenities including all 3 pools, hot tubs and tennis courts, and of course the poolside bar and burger shack. Other things to note Although we do not rent our place to student groups during spring break (which is March 8 to 23 this year) Other owners in our building do. Something that you need to be aware of if you are vacationing those dates.
