The upper floor apartment "Eiske" offers space for up to 4 people on a spacious 80 sqm. Here you will find a nice living-dining area with two sofas and TV. Directly adjacent to the kitchenette with dining area you will find ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine and sink. Please note that there is no dishwasher available. The modernized bathroom has a shower with low entrance, sink and toilet. In one of the bedrooms you will find a double bed with wardrobe, in the other there are two single beds. Free WiFi is available! (We do not assume any liability for full availability and sufficient speed.) Dogs are welcome when registering and paying separately. Fly screens are attached to the most important windows. In the shared laundry room of the house, a washing machine and dryer with coin counters are available for the guests of the apartments. In the shared hallway you will find a hairdryer, books and a high chair for children. The garden with terrace belonging to the property may also be used by all guests. The property includes numerous bicycles available free of charge (without guarantee of the condition and liability on our part). Storage facilities with electricity connection for bicycles are also available. Ample parking is available. The Müllerhaus in Uttum includes a total of 5 cozy apartments (Aletta, Bentje, Casjen, Daike, Eiske), which can also be rented wonderfully completely or partially for larger groups or families. Every year on Pentecost Monday, the Krummhörn of the Mill Day takes place, in which the Uttumer Mill traditionally also participates! On the way from Emden just before Greetsiel, the small village of Uttum is located in the middle of East Frisia in the municipality of Krummhörn. Greetsiel with its numerous attractions, such as the twin mills and the picturesque cutter harbor, can be reached in a few minutes by car. The same applies for the seaport city of Emden with, for example, the Kunsthalle, the museum ships around the Delft or the Otto-Huus. The rural yet central and well connected location is ideal as a starting point for numerous excursions, whether on foot, by bike or by car. But Uttum itself also offers some sights with the church in the historic center and the old brickyard on the outskirts of the village. Feel free to book a laundry package optionally.
