Looking for a quiet and private place to enjoy your vacation? This accommodation is perfect for two people, in a quintessential tourist area, two blocks from the beach, offering you the ideal combination of tranquility and leisure. Relax in this cozy apartment and enjoy the breezes of the Costa del Sol. The space The room is spacious and has enough closet space. Enough room for luggage and beach accessories. It has two single beds that can be put together to make a double bed (if you want to have the beds put together, you must inform the host prior to arrival, otherwise the apartment is set up with separate single beds) All rooms are ventilated with exterior windows and great lighting. It is a spacious and comfortable apartment for two people and even with a child A small child can sleep on the sofa (the sofa does NOT become a bed). You can ask the host for a crib, it's free but you must request it in advance. 🛎️ Rules of coexistence – Space for rest: This accommodation is designed for those looking to rest and enjoy a quiet environment. The property is in a residential community where mutual respect and good coexistence between neighbors are valued. Therefore, we are looking for responsible and respectful guests who want to relax and appreciate the peace of the place. From the exit of the community building you can go down an internal street to the beach in just a 3-minute walk. Right next to the accommodation you have a food market that is usually open until 2am and there is also a bazaar next door that has everything you might need to get out of trouble. To ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience, it is also important for all our guests to respect the rules and schedules set by the building's neighborhood community. HOURS OF USE OF COMMON AREAS There are open spaces in the unit. IT IS NOT ALLOWED to stay in corridors or terraces for long periods of time. These areas ARE NOT MEANT FOR sunbathing or for use as a solarium. These Community Guidelines apply to ensure the privacy and rest of all residents. For smokers who go outside to smoke, since the building has neighbors, there are QUIET hours and rules for the common areas of the building. PLEASE KEEP A VOLUME OF VOICE DOWN. QUIET HOURS: 20pm to 10am From 14pm to 5.30pm RULES FOR USE OF COMMON AREAS: If you go out to get air or smoke out of the house in the open spaces, such as hallways, terraces, or entrance hall, PLEASE KEEP A LOW VOLUME OF VOICE without disturbing the neighbors. Please respect the times. Go out with appropriate clothes and not in underwear. It is forbidden to settle or stay for prolonged periods of time in the common areas such as the terrace and corridors. Property or community reserves the right to limit or restrict common spaces in case community and property rules are not respected. It is strictly forbidden to play music or watch videos through loudspeakers or any device, such as computers, that causes annoying noises outside the house. No parties or social gatherings, or welcome outsiders who are not staying at the property. It is forbidden to walk in underwear or nude outside the home. To ensure a respectful and comfortable experience for everyone, we ask that you wear appropriate clothing at all times. No use of illegal substances. For the safety and well-being of all our guests, the use of illicit substances such as marijuana, drugs or other substances not permitted by law is completely prohibited. QUIET HOURS: From 20pm to 10am and from 14pm to 5.30pm IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, without the right to refund, and the corresponding legal actions will be taken, including immediate eviction with police intervention if necessary.
