If they 'must' sleep with you-then you must bring your own linens. Our cottage sleeps 8 people comfortably (1 new memory foam king in master, 1 new king and twin memory foam beds in 2nd BR, 1 double/twin bunk in 3rd BR, and new leather queen sleeper sofa, and new leather loveseat. New smart TV in living room with Dish Cable, all bedrooms have a TV (master has only Roku stick, guest room has brand new smart tv with DISH, Bunkroom has brand new Smart TV plus DISH. If you need to stay in touch with the real world bring your laptop-we provide free wifi. The new kitchen with granite and soft close new cabinets is fully equipped and lots of room to make family meals together. Brand new oven/range with air fry feature. Dual coffee maker works as regular carafe or single K-cups. Both bathrooms have been remodeled-master has walk in shower with removable bath seat. Storm door with dog door. Full size washer and dryer off of kitchen. Brand new propane grill and older Weber charcoal grill located under house-please discard used charcoal (do not throw in sand). Brand new bar height chairs on front deck and new day bed sofa under house. There are chair cushions in the storage boxes on upper deck and under house box. Please put cushions back in box before leaving or during bad weather. Winds in Ft. Morgan can be quite strong. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a good collection of beach toys in storage closet on the ground level, if you want nice beach chairs please bring your own. Recombinant exercise bike under house and 2 adult bikes in toy closet--USE AT OWN RISK (might need minor maintenance due to salty air). We do have security cameras onsite-they are all outside. Guests have total use of house except for hall closet and one closet in master bedroom with is locked off. Upon entry there will be one hard key (not needed) left on entry table. There is also a code to unlock ground level toy closet. Stuff to do for everyone: Historic Fort Morgan and the auto ferry to Dauphin Island is only 3 miles away. Great golf nearby. Hike in Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Shop at the Tanger outlet shores in Foley. Eat at some local favorites (Jesses on the bay, Sassy Bass, Behind the Pines, Tacky Jacks, Hideaway). Or simply relax at the beach! Guests will be provided with a starter supply of paper towels/toilet paper/trash bags/dishwasher soap. If staying more than ~2 days need to purchase additional supplies. Strongly suggested to pick up items in Gulf Shores at corner of Hwy 180 and Hwy 59 Walmart before heading to house. No 'big' grocery store near house-20 min drive back to town ;)
