Less than 5 minutes from Walmart, I-15, and the Idaho Falls Waterfalls and the Green Belt on the river. Close to some of the best restaurants in town. The space This is a one bedroom apartment and is completely updated with brand new paint, tile, flooring, AC, decorations and all furnishings. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans etc. The Building is a gray brick apartment building with white fences around the patio’s for each apartment. There is a parking lot behind the building with access to it on the south side of the building. There is also very convenient street parking on the North side of the building. Guest access Each apartment has an electronic lock. The AirBnB App will give you the lock code up to three days before your check in. Last minute bookings take up to an hour for the computer to program the lock and send you the new lock code. It is self check-in. Just go to the door and use your lock code. When you enter the lock code you enter the numbers then push the check mark key at the bottom left of the key pad. You’re welcome to explore any parts of the property, but your unit is really the highlight and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time inside just relaxing or exploring our city. Washer and Dryer are available in our building laundry room on the second floor of the main entrance. Other things to note In the kitchen there is a Keurig coffee maker with a canister of K-cups of coffee. We keep the kitchen stocked with coffee, hot chocolate and other essentials. We want your stay to be as pleasant as it can be. It is best to communicate using messages on the AirBnB App because we have several people watching the app.
