Relax and enjoy this private space while your kids roaming freely in the fenced green yard. Make your fire in the yard pit, as you cook up a feast for your family in a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq. Don't feel like cooking? Just stroll across the street to famous fish 'n chips or the patio Beach Club Restaurant! The kids can even go for ice cream 2 min walk by the beach. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. A open living space with cathedral ceiling with the views of the large backyard. A large deck offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The cottage offers complete custom wood finishes all over the property making you feel you're craving quality and exclusivity. The kitchen is fully equipped with Cookware, appliances and cutlery, and some spices. Enjoy Wifi, a front porch, fire pit, shade trees overlooking the double Decker starlight cabins (sleeps 5 kids, book separately) located in the back yard. You will be able to relax indoors as much as outside. Our spacious, open-concept cottage features a modern chef's kitchen and a family room that walks out to a 500 sq, foot deck complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. While this property is a new addition to our other cottages in the area. This is our most exclusive listing. Note: Ipperwash Beach is a great proximity to Grand Bend. Located in a small beach front community. Ice cream parlors, fish and chip huts (where you eat at picnic tables), even a new Beach Club that rents boats and boards. Grocery stores, LCBO all without the hustle and chaos of a Grand Bend. The sand is soft and smooth all the way as you would find at Pinery Provincial Park. World Famous Sunsets and shallow calm waters. Sit on the sandbar for hours and marvel at how blue the water gets. There is a glassed in sun room for those of you who want to relax with a good book, a gorgeous fireplace in the living room, and dining area for family dinners after a long day at the beach. You can also relax with a movie in front of our flat screen TV or play a board game with the family! Our cottage is also close to golf courses, the new Dark Horse Winery, Huron Playhouse, The Pinery Provincial Park, and the antique market. You only have to drive 5 minutes to town where you can enjoy the local restaurants, bars, shops and coffee. Come and enjoy your "home away from home" at the Sunset Cottages Ipperwash Beach. Guest access Guest can access the entire property if you have booked both of the cottages side by side for your events. If you book either of the side by side cottage you then have access to your side of the Yard, Lawn, Parking, deck etc. Let us know if you have any questions. Please note that there is two cottages on this premises, and the adjacent cottage might be rented to other guests and you might have to share BBQ or fire pit. Other things to note We have two cottages onsite that are attached but rented separately, with the backyard being so large and shaded by trees creating privacy, in fact provided two separate firepits, two BBQ area, two separate yard space and seating area. Bigger groups can rent it together up on request or it's a perfect size for a family of 5 people. As seen in the images number 37-38 all that yard and deck space is private and belongs to your Cottage.
