This shower is newly upgraded. * UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN (not a child proof house - also no children live here) * ONCE AGAIN YOU NEED TO READ THE HOUSE MANUAL TO GET ENTRY ACCESS CODES If you do not read the house manual you will not be able to enter the house or access the internet. Someone gave us a negative review on this matter even after we stepped in to help. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ANY SUGGESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WHILE STAYING? Need something or have a suggestion? We need to know ASAP. Some things can be easily fixed on the spot. Please do not be shy and wait till you're gone to discharge your anger with a negative review. We are here to help you have a good stay. CHOOSE NOT TO READ THE MANUAL: No Problem, just do not hold us liable under lack of communication if you cannot enter the house or hook up the internet, especially if the host is not around. However, we will guide those who are new using Airbnb as soon as the host is available. The host has a regular job. ABOUT US: We joined Airbnb some time ago and trying to host the best we can. We are thankful that a majority of people like our house. We try hard but unfortunately you cannot please everyone as some people have different expectations. Usually the ones with tight budgets. which is why we have a minimum stay and heavy filters to eliminate those guests that are up to no good. This is also one of the reasons we do not offer discounts as a filter. Once we know who you are we will gladly offer you discounts. PLEASE REMEMBER THE ORIGINAL AIRBNB CONCEPT: Airbnb concept was an air floor mattress in a small, shared room in SF with inevitable traffic noise. It was meant to inexpensively crash for the night compared to expensive hotels. Some guests expect Airbnb hosts to provide them with a "5 Star Luxury Hotel Environment" otherwise they will destroy the host's hard-earned ratings in a blink of an eye for not having the same standards as "The Four Seasons" or "Marriott" hotels. MISC INFORMATION: 1. WE USE DOWNY SOFTENER and fresh linen wall air fresheners in moderation. 2. BEDS come with two pillows, one soft and one firm (use the one you like) 2. WE SELDOM have a chance to meet or talk to our guests. We believe you deserve your privacy. If you agree with the above, you are very welcome to book with us. Please make yourself at home. Byron ADDITIONAL NOTES: For cleaning purposes no personal items to be left in the common areas as they will be picked up and stored temporarily for you during cleaning. Our laundry room is located inside the house near the main entrance. Its the one with a dark glass door and can be used anytime. The machines are very quiet. We will provide storage for your personal bathroom items for longer stays. The hosts do not have kids or visitors, so the house is always very empty and silent (excluding traffic of course) For your own safety we have surveillance or recording devices - There are three security cameras to add style to the property. One is near the street, one at the main door, and the other one in the kitchen. For security reasons no overnight guests. Visitors are allowed only with host authorization in advance. We have a picnic area that you are allowed to use "as is" for longer stays. We want our picnic area to feel like we are camping in nature. We don't do very much plant or grass trimming and should not be reported as cleaning issue. Guest access Living room, dining table, kitchen, laundry room, cocktail room, furnished side patio and backyard picnic area. Other things to note Remember that another guest may be staying in the house. Therefore, if someone forgot to clean after him/herself, it should not be blamed against the cleanliness of the house especially if the host is not nearby to address the issue. :) Registration Details 2022-7625
