A PRIVILEGED AND STRATEGIC PLACE IN SAN SEBASTIAN Our country house Kanpoeder is situated ideal place if you are looking for a holiday to relax and have fun in Donostia-San Sebastián, Basque Country. Here you will find a place to disconnect from your day-to-day in the city and take a break from your rush and stress. We are located close but at the same time far from the city and we want you to enjoy a few days of rest in the middle of nature in our cozy and beautiful rustic-style house! We offer 5 double rooms with a double bed, private bathroom and a good breakfast included (8:30-10:00). Breakfast consists of: natural orange juice, coffee or infusions, milk, croissant, toast, tomato, olive oil, jams, honey, kiwi, apple and banana. Whether you come to rest or to work, you have a FREE WIFI connection throughout the house. We clean the rooms daily and you won't have to worry about parking your car because we offer you a free private PARKING in the closed area. Your car will also sleep for sure. Remember that we offer bed and breakfast and that lunch and dinner will be on your own. You can enjoy your stay in the dining room in case you want to work for a while or just read a book. From the living room you go out to an outdoor garden with spectacular views of the valley where you will find some tables and sun loungers at your disposal. You will see that it is a beautiful landscape that changes and transforms a lot throughout the four seasons of the year. The great mass of trees and the meadows offer us endless colors around us. Four seasons, four colors. Next to the rooms you also have a small common terrace or balcony where you can read, chat, or simply rest. Kanpoeder Only Adults in a rural house aimed at people over 16 years of age. Please note: The owners live in the same building. The whole house is not rented but by rooms. In total there will be a maximum of 10 guests. They are double beds, queen size and there are no rooms with two separate or triple beds. The common access areas are: the reception, the parking, the garden and the terrace with tables and sun loungers, all around the house, the balcony next to the rooms and the breakfast room where there is also a lounge with sofas and TV. There is no TV in the room. There is a coin machine for cold drinks: Water, Coca-Cola and Beer at the entrance. Coffee maker in the lounge. Guests will not have access to the owners' private home as it is a private entrance. We are available all the time for whatever you need. We will help you solve any doubt, either in person by phone or messages. The most important thing is that you have fun. We are located in the rural area of the city, 5 km from the San Sebastián Town Hall. It is a little built-up area where you can see the typical traditional farmhouses of the Basque Country. The environment has trees and green meadows and is the lung of the city. WHERE AND HOW TO PARK YOUR CAR IN THE CITY You have several options to get to the center: 1) Underground parking. 2) Blue zones with a limit of 2h-5h-9h. The 2h blue-red zone is in Ondarreta. The 5-hour blue zone is on the Paseo Nuevo. The 9-hour blue-green zone is on Paseo Pio Baroja, it is very cheap and costs €3.60 all day. It is worth it if the weather is good. 3) Park for free inside the EL DIARIO VASCO car park (2km) and take bus number 5 or 25. They are very frequent and leave you in 10 minutes on the Boulevard passing through La Concha. 4) In low season, the "El Txofre" car park in Gros has an interesting bonus of 6 hours or 12 hours, except for the high season dates of summer, July and August. 5) NEVER park on the white stripes with a white "R" or a white "B" because they are only reserved for RESIDENTS throughout the year. 6) You can call a TAXI that will access the house in about five minutes.
