Historic Riverside Duplex with Two Bedrooms

Great location in one of Jacksonville's original historic neighborhoods. Charming 100-year-old duplex apartment features hardwood floors, full kitchen, fireplace and spacious front porch. Convenient access to I-95 and I-10 and only minutes from Downtown sports and entertainment venues. Walking distance to 5 Points and King Street shopping and dining districts. The space The duplex was formerly the home base for Jacksonville Magazine. We think it's the most "Jacksonville" space one can rent in the city, as the house decorated with all sorts of local memorabilia and art. The house features a full kitchen, full bath, dining and living rooms. Guest access Guests have sole use of the entire first floor and the front porch. There is studio space on the second floor that is used some during the week and almost never on weekends or evenings. Other things to note We're proud of our historic building and want to show it off in it's best possible light. In addition, when booking with us you are booking with a company that's been in operation in Jacksonville for more than 40 years. We're proud of success, longevity and reputation, and our little Airbnb is part of the larger Jacksonville Magazine family. The property is non-smoking. This includes the porches, so please do not smoke anywhere within the confines of the structure. Out on the sidewalk is fine, but not on the porches, please. We do allow pets, one per guest. However, dogs (any animal really) must be approximately 30 pounds or smaller. Sorry, but we've had a few issues with larger dogs damaging property and have had to restrict reservations to smaller animals. Of course, as is Airbnb policy, parties are not allowed. The maximum number of overnight guests is two (not counting babies and toddlers). Having visitors is permitted; however, more than six people in the house would be considered a party.
