Located on the edge of town with the Strawberry Mountains located to the south and to the north is the high school football field and little league field. This area is located in a quiet neighborhood, although depending on the time of year you are here, you may hear football practices occurring. The space This area is attached to the main house but completely private with its own entrance. The garage is next to this space, so you may hear us if we are working out there, but we try to be respectful of the time of day. The room comes with a queen-sized bed, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, and toaster. There is a small dining table and cube organizers for storage. This area does not have a closet but does have an antique dresser with a mirror. Guest access Guest will have their own entrance with no shared living spaces. The parking is shared but is large enough for quite a few vehicles. We are located on almost 2 acres of land where our two Labs and Yorkie reside. They are quite friendly and may bark as vehicles arrive. There are chairs and an umbrella if you would like to lounge outside. There are more chairs available upon request. Other things to note Pets maybe allowed upon request. There is a $25 per pet fee, if pet is approved. There are 3 stairs into the entrance. The light switch to the room's lights is relocated next to the bathroom sink. If you will be in after dark, please let us know and we will leave the light on.
