The space The Nearby Nook is a peaceful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located in East Fayetteville. The bedrooms are located upstairs and there are townhouses on both sides of the Nearby Nook. The clean Fayetteville vibe of the Nearby Nook welcomes you to Northwest Arkansas. Other things to note Please remember you are staying in a townhouse, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We pay our cleaners a living wage and take pride in providing a clean place for you to stay. The cleaning fee covers laundering bedding/towels between each guest, cleaning all floors and rooms, and preparing the Nearby Nook for you to enjoy.
