The home is located on a lake with tennis court in the development 50 minutes away from popular destinations such as Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach International Airport and 2 hours away from Disney and Orlando. This house is perfectly suited for groups that want to share one location full of entertainment and activities for all. Front Entrance to home: Double doors open to main foyer with 18 ft. ceilings and stairway and second floor balcony. From the front entrance you’ll have a beautiful view of the great room through to pool then lake. Large open kitchen equipped with granite counter tops & electric stove. Plenty of seating includes a huge island counter top that seats 8, plus table seating in kitchen breakfast area and dining area. Main great room with beautiful views of pool and back yard offers plentiful seating on comfy sectional couch and lounge chairs. There is an upright piano is the room. Couch pulls out to a twin bed. 60” Flat Screen TV. (10 free HBO, Prime and Netflix!! NFL RedZone, College Football Games as well as NBA,) TV room/Family Room with beautiful view of pool has a fireplace and 70” HD TV. Two sofas can seat 10 people. A comfortable Queen air bed provides additional sleeping quarters in this room that has double doors that can close for privacy. A full bathroom leads to pool area from this room. Bedrooms: 1st Master bedroom ---Large master bedroom offers King bed with 60” flat screen TV. Private full bathroom. 2nd Guest bedroom has Full bed and shares a full bath. 3rd Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 50” flat screen TV. 4th Guest bedroom has King bed and shares a full bath. 40” flat screen TV. 5th Bedroom is a King bed private suite. It is on the second floor with a private full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. 40” flat screenTV. This bed can fold up (Murphy Bed) and the room becomes the pool (billiards) room. 6th Bedroom/Loft (2nd floor, small) contains a full size futon bed and shares a full bath. 35” flat screen TV. Laundry Room with washer and dryer off kitchen. Pool and Deck has large covered area with many tables, chairs, a couch and 16’ X 38’ HEATED pool. The pool has a new heating system just installed in February 2019. There is a child safety fence available that surrounds the pool. Pool volleyball is available along with a gas grill and LED lights. Back yard leads to the lake and has a large open area for yard games (corn hole game at house). We also have a High chair, changing table, 3 wheel walking/running stroller, 2 folding strollers and portable crib. PETS: Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max. on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet to be assessed per week. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival. I am available by text or phone for any concerns. The house is 100% yours so I am not on the property. Jensen Beach has its own mall and full shopping plaza (3 miles) for gas, dunkin donuts, groceries (Publix), liquor store, nail salon, Italian, Chinese and Subway. Delivery available from most. (menus at the house for your convenience). Drive 10 mins and you are in the Beautiful Downtown of Stuart named the #1 Small Costal Town in the USA. Check out the shopping, dining and awesome boardwalk on the Indian River. Maybe you can catch a performance at the Lyric Theatre in Stuart or a play or musical at The Kravis Center just 45 mins south in West Palm Beach! Golf Courses are everywhere in Martin County. There are 65 golf courses within 20 miles of Jensen Beach. Our house is ideally located, making it an easy access point for all the activities, sports and nightlife in Jensen Beach & Stuart and the surrounding metropolitan areas of West Palm Beach, Boca Raton to Orlando. You should have a vehicle to get around. There’s also Uber. There are quite a few parks to walk around and of course we have the beach. There is a $15 per night pet fee that is listed under addition guest.
