Room 2 Uplifting Room with Shared Bath

Welcome to my shared home! Uplifting room can accommodate up to 2 guests and is directly across the hall from shared bathroom. Enjoy smart tv, Wi-Fi and workspace to retreat to after a long day of exploring the nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Common areas are shared with other guests: living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, Florida room and backyard. Close to nature walks, local venues, outstanding restaurants and Emerald Coast beaches. See you soon! The space This is a comfortable space for traveling professionals or someone on vacation who likes to be close to amazing areas like Perdido Key and Florabama (about 30 minutes away). Convenient access to airport (20 minutes). NAS main base entrance is 19 minutes away. Guest access All common areas including backyard and laundry room. During your stay I am available through the app and my phone for urgent needs, which will be shared after reservation is booked. Other things to note Less than 25 minutes drive to NAS main gate and Pensacola Airport. Less than 30 minutes to beautiful Perdido Key, beaches and nature trails. This is a shared space and host will likely not be on the property. A cleaner typically comes once per week to clean the common areas and guests are expected to clean up after themselves. This includes occasionally taking out the trash if it gets filled up sooner than the cleaner gets there. Especially if you have a lot of takeout, please put it in the outside garbage can. Please reach out to me if you notice the need to clean up after any other guests so that I can send a reminder to everyone to pick up after themselves.
