Shores Park on Mission Bay where miles of bike paths lead to the beach and around the bay. Near Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Bus lines are 5 blocks. We provide beach towels, chairs and cruisers, onsite laundry and onsite parking. The space Palm Beach Hideaway has a palm theme throughout. This upstairs apt has palms carved on living room furniture and views of palm trees where wild parrots live and views of hills beyond the neighborhood. Bedroom has Queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan and Air conditioner. Walk-in closet is stocked with iron and table top board, hair dryer, extra pillows, blankets, beach towels and clothes hamper in case you want to do laundry. Bathroom access is through bedroom. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils; microwave/convection oven; 2 burner induction stovetop; refrigerator; drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. We provide ground coffee and a variety of teas. Living room has a ceiling fan and the sofa folds out to a queen size bed. It is spacious and has lots of natural light with privacy shades that can be raised or lowered to gain privacy from below yet enjoy the beautiful views. Bikes, beach chairs, and body boards are available. We have beach toys for kids and a kids table and 2 chairs, stroller and PlayNPak [portable crib/play pen] for babies. There are orange trees in the parking area you are welcome to pick from. This is a great place for a couple, parents with 1 or 2 kids, business people and travelers. Guest access Walk through the arbor to staircase on right. Palm Beach sign is on wall with arrow pointing up the stairs. Door is at top of stairs. door code will be sent in welcome message day before check in. The shared patio with BBQ is for your use. We also have beach toys and bikes available on a first come first serve basis. Other things to note We have a laundry are for guest use at the other of the patio behind the white gates next to our house. Other household items are available upon request. Just ask.
