The space Historic Elegance Meets Modern Comfort Our 3-bedroom Colonial home is designed for those who appreciate character, quiet, and high-end finishes. With original hardwood floors and curated antiques, it’s a sophisticated home base for mature travelers. Bedroom Configuration: Primary Suite: 1 Olympic Queen bed (extra spacious) with premium linens. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with garden views. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, ideal for teens or colleagues. Home Highlights: Gourmet Kitchen: Travertine tile, granite countertops, and fully equipped for hosting. Living Area: Cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating for the whole group. Outdoors: Large, fenced backyard with a covered pergola and private patio. Connectivity: High-speed WiFi and Smart TV for work or relaxation. Please note: Due to the historic nature and antique furnishings of the home, the space is best suited for adults and families with older children. Guest access Guest have access to entire house except a small storage area and the garage has my personal belongings in it. No Washer/Dryer available! Other things to note Antique Charm is a beautifully restored home blending vintage character with modern comfort—perfect for weekend getaways, business travel, or longer stays. Enjoy thoughtfully curated antique décor, spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms with plush linens, high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy, while the private, fenced backyard with covered pergola offers a peaceful place to unwind. Free parking and quick access to downtown shops, restaurants, museums, and entertainment add everyday convenience. The home features original hardwood floors, travertine tile, granite countertops, and a cozy gas fireplace. It is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Guest Verification and Fees The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver applies per stay. Additional details: Pet-friendly (dogs only): $150 per stay for one dog; additional fees may apply to more than 1 dog. No cats due to severe owner allergies Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.
