Description

Proudly Managed by Flophouse Accommodation One King Bedroom/One Mezzanine Queen Bedroom/Open plan living/Wood Fireplace/Bath/Pooch Friendly Harpsichord Barn is a short walk to the Piper Street shops and cafes. Displaying works by local artists and designers, this lovely Scandinavian style loft is your ideal country escape. While the studio can sleep up to 4, it is more suitable for couples or families due to its compact, open plan arrangement. The space Quiet, beautifully furnished loft-style retreat in the centre of town with large garden and chickens. Modern bathroom with bath and basic kitchen facilities, including kettle, toaster, ceramic hotplate and microwave. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of self-contained barn and rear garden. Please note: there is another house on the same property but Harpsichord has it’s own entrance and large, private garden. The Flophouse team are available for your help during your stay if needed. Pooches are welcome but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Own bedding for dogs must be provided and we ask that they are not left unattended for long periods. Other things to note Kyneton is part of Mount Macedon Shire, which includes the lands of the Wurundjeri, Taungerung and Dja Dja Wurrung nations. As the traditional owners of the region, we respect and acknowledge the vital role of the local custodians of the area where Harpsichord House is located. Kyneton was part of the goldfields explosion from 1851 and later became a service town for the region. It has long been known for its hospitality to travellers.
