You will have a large private room and bath, smart T.V., wi-fi., sofa and desk with a view of the woods. You have access to the great room, TV den, dining room, kitchen use, dinette, half bath. No pets. No smoking inside the home. Greater Cincinnati is easily accessible. Mt.Airy Forest, close by has 2000 acres of forest and recreational activities. There are great Hamilton County parks, Kenwood Town Center, a large high end mall, and downtown are all within 20 minutes. The space This is a very peaceful setting in the woods. Your room is very large, 670 sq.ft. which includes a large walk in closet and private bath. Parking in residential garage. This is a monthly rental only. Guest access You have access to great room, TV den, dining room, kitchen and deck. During your stay I live in the house and am very sociable and can be very helpful about Cincinnati. Other things to note There is a big advantage to the location as you would not only be on a bus line to downtown Cincinnati, going past the University of Cincinnati, but by car you would be close to numerous expressways that give you quick access to CVG, greater Cincinnati Airport, hospitals, shopping centers and most parts of town quickly. I have had many women and men doing rotations at hospitals and clinics. Moving from one hospital to another is ideal due to my central location. I am very close to many hospitals and within 20 minutes of those on the outskirts of Cincinnati.
