An inspiring local Artist home. Surround yourself with creativity while relaxing, or working remotely. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths. (and a work out room !) Located in a quaint neighborhood in Lafayette, 10 minutes from Boulder. Great dining, shopping near by and 30 minutes to Denver/2 hours to Vail. Finish your day with a mile-long sunset walk around beautiful Waneka Lake. Not suitable for children, no third party booking and must be 30 years or older to book. The space Several areas to escape read a book, work remotely or just enjoy the art, more than two areas just on the main level for private seating. The front veranda is perfect for early morning coffee or for eating dinner. Wintertime turn the gas fireplace on and sit yourself down in the living room for an inspiring novel from the artist collection or meander into the private master to watch a thriller on a 52' television screen. Another wonderful feature that we just added is a work out room we converted an upstairs bedroom that has a rowing machine, Peloton and weights. Guest access The entire house except the artist studio located in the basement. Periodically, Anthony might need access to the home to enter his studio which is in the basement. We would ask permission before entering and work with your schedule. Example: to retrieve a painting or finish a commission painting. Other things to note We might need to access the home to retrieve a piece of art in the artist's studio in the basement. We would let you know in advance and would not enter the home unless you were there or gave us permission. We prefer guests to be 30 years or older and even though we have 2 bedrooms, only one bedroom closet is available. For longer stays we would provide the extra closet.
