Each bedroom has unique interior design including a ‘Sol’ and ‘Luna’ theme with artesian hand-painted wallpaper. Local artists are featured in the home's artwork and custom plant arrangements. Take advantage of a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen great for cooking family meals. The front bedroom has a queen and the back bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a futon that can be used for additional sleeping space. BACKYARD The master bedroom and kitchen both have glass slider doors to access the backyard. Throw dinner on the BBQ and enjoy outdoor seating for a relaxing evening. DUPLEX The large property is a duplex with long term tenants in the south unit. Both units share the driveway and front stairs. Hope House has a private entrance, furnished deck, and backyard with washer/dryer. Please respect our tenants' privacy by not having loud music or noise. FIBER INTERNET The property has full WiFi coverage with super fast fiber internet.
