Private Room, Excellent Location 20min to Downtown

Easy 10 minutes to the IND airport, 20 minutes to downtown, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and Greenwood yet tucked away in a quiet, safe community. This home is ideal for the travel professional and road warrior alike. Neighborhood walking/biking path with benches along the way & we’re near several community parks and Sodalis Park. We’re also minutes away from many conveniences, especially if you have to hit the road early. The space Private room furnished with a comfortable full size bed, desk, walk in closet, hangers, dresser and a bathroom caddy for your toiletries. This room does face the street and sits above the garage so it has the potential for noise. There is a sound machine in the room for those who prefer constant ambient noise to sleep. The full bath and half bath are shared. Enjoy free fast WiFi, coffee and tea. Free on street parking. Guest access Guests are able to enjoy a dedicated private loft area adjacent to bedrooms. It’s equipped with side tables for laptop use etc. Host has own living room area downstairs for host use only. Guests have access to dining area equipped with a small blender, air fryer/microwave oven/toaster, traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, plates, bowls, and utensils. Long stay guests may use the washer and dryer. During your stay While I do stay here, I’m not always home. I am happy to answer any questions you have but also try to respect your space and privacy.
