A beautiful cozy private (not a shared space) full one bedroom downstairs lower level apartment, living room w/full size sofa sleeper, kitchen/dining room, full bathroom and a completely separate yard with patio furniture exclusively for your use. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. The space Beautiful private space featuring your own yard and private entrance. Spacious one bedroom with pillow top queen size bed and sitting area, living room with comfortable sectional sofa bed, kitchen with all accessories, dining area, desk and chair work area and coffee station. Both Living room and Bedroom have 42” Televisions. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Guest access At the corner of Gull Dip Road and East Margin Road there is private entrance on the North side of the house. The North Gate has a Silver Pine Cone on the Gate which opens to a private yard with seating for your exclusive use. Down the steps is the entry door that leads to the one bedroom apartment. Other things to note Once you get to "The Silver Pine Cone" there is a welcome book that includes information to all the local places to help plan and enjoy your stay. There is internet and Smart TV for your use. Please note I do not provide local television shows but you have availability to watch them by streaming. There is parking in the private driveway for one car if you have more then one please notify the host for insteuctions. Additional cars may park on street.
