You will enjoy cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, lots of light, 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor, a Gourmet kitchen with 36"professional stove & 10 ft granite island...you can eat here or at the 12 ft dining table. The family room has 2 10ft comfortable sofas as well as other seating, a TV & is open to the gourmet kitchen...just off the kitchen/family room you can access the screened in porch, patio & 18 x 40 inground pool! There's an outdoor grill & fireball, as well as a side yard to enjoy. There's also a "rec room/bar" on the first level - this is a space that was originally horse stalls....currently is an "off the beaten path" spot to enjoy horse racing, football, baseball.....or anything you chose on the large tv. The entire property is fenced, there is off street parking for 3-5 vehicles. We are walking distance to the world famous Saratoga thoroughbred track, congress Park, downtown Saratoga Springs, restaurants, shops, museums, SPAC & a short drive to Saratoga Lake, the Racino, hiking trails, apple picking....so many options!
