Ecotourism Mreznica

Ecotourism Mreznica is a family resort hidden in the heart of Croatia. It is located in the village Mreznica, just above the river Mreznica. Four wooden chalets provide a private and comfortable accommodation for you and your family. From the wooden chalets, you will be able to enjoy pure nature. Beautiful river views and oak and birch trees surrounding the complex are only some of them. The space River Mreznica is one of the most beautiful Croatian rivers. It is 64 km long and contains 98 outstanding waterfalls with various unique shapes. Nature is extremely preserved, as there is no industry, highways or other pollution sources nearby. The process of Mreznica being declared as a Nature Park is currently ongoing. Ecotourism Mreznica is located on the hill above the mouth of the river Tounjcica into Mreznica with an outstanding view on the waterfall Sastavci. The river Mreznica is inhabited by many rare and protected animal and plant species. Guest access Within the complex, there is a swimming pool, small fields for football, volleyball, and badminton. There is also a table for table tennis. You can rent mountain bikes, canoes, and a wooden river boat. Canoeing and rafting on river Mreznica are activities for those who want to have a good time in the heart of the pristine nature. Swimming in Mreznica is welcome during summer months, when you can also use the wooden boat. Fishing on Mreznica is an unforgettable adventure because of many waterfalls, rapids, and islands. Cycling is possible within semi-arranged forest trails, and hiking is a special experience because of the beautiful river views along the way.
