Punkt Mazury - house by the lake

Our lakeside house is located on a 1.5-hectare plot in Sędki near Ełk. This is one of 4 houses in the area with direct access to the lake (gentle beach, dock). The home is 200 m² (2,153 sq. ft.) and is of premium standard. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a living room featuring glass walls and a view of the lake. The bedrooms are located upstairs. A beautiful, well-maintained area. A fruit and vegetable garden is available for guests. A playground. Water equipment available to guests. Sauna and hot tub – available for an additional fee. We deliver local products. The space House by the lake - (10-person house - most comfortable for max 8 adults + 2 children) with an area of 200 square meters - this is a premium standard house. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a living room - a total of 100 square meters with glazing and a view of the lake. In the kitchen there are two refrigerators, two ovens, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. In the living room there is a Bose audio set, a 4k projector, and a turntable. Fireplace - inside and outside the building. A library full of books and magazines. A small playroom for children. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and 1 double apartment with a goat fireplace, a freestanding bathtub (the apartment also has a sofa bed). Each room is darkened with a view of the lake.
