Spacious and peaceful room with garden view and shared bathroom in a modern 900 sq feet guest house in a safe residential area. The small house is very cozy and quiet, it is located behind our main house and it surrounded by beautiful native gardens. Also, it is walking distance to the newly developed San Antonio Shopping Center, Cal train station, bus transportation and bike trails that lead you to spectacular views of the foothills and the estuaries of the Bay Area. The space We love to share our home with those who seek time to relax, enjoy nature or a change of gears after work or travel, by offering an eco-friendly environment, where people, nature, animals, and a small orchard come together. You will feel at home. Guest access Kitchen microwave and refrigerator with the condition that guest cleans up after themselves or a u$ 35 a day may apply. The kitchen and Living area are common shared spaces so checking with other guests for noise is a must. Borrow books and magazines in English and Spanish, with the condition that they are returned back to the bookshelves. Other things to note Guest has private room. There are additional rooms in the house, so sometimes there are other guests . We leave it up to the guest to keep private or to interact with others. Certain rules of courtesy and respect for our different cultures apply. Creating harmony is important to us.
