Cozy Creekside Cottage

This perfect location is within 10 miles of the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville and only 16 miles to Chimney Rock State Park. Whether you are relaxing on the back deck overlooking a small creek, warming yourself by a fire in a huge stone fire pit, or enjoying the spacious backyard your stay in the mountains will surely be a blast. The space This cozy cottage is very clean and comfortable. Enjoy the large yard and fire pit in a quiet country setting. Minutes to everything that Asheville has to offer! Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. Other things to note This is a no pet allergy free home. Central heat and air conditioning. Kitchen-We have a Keurig for coffee, tea, or hot cocoa, we will furnish a few pods to get you started! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics for cooking or baking. We have salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and oil. Stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water. Bathroom- Towels, washcloths, hand towels, hairdryer provided. Dining room- table for four. Desk area for a computer. The router will have login and password information labeled on it. Bluetooth speaker to play music. Living room- Two double seaters and an oversized chair, gas logs (turned off in summer), smart tv with free tv, Netflix, Hulu, and more that you can log in with your subscription. Main bedroom-ceiling fan, queen bed, reclining sitting chair, chest to put your suitcase on, full-length mirror, drawers on the end of the bed, and a double closet. A USB port on the alarm clock for your phone to charge. Smaller bedroom-ceiling fan, double bed, plug, and USB port on the wall next to the bed, luggage rack, full-length mirror, fan, hooks to hang items of clothing. Laundry-full washer and dryer. Outside-covered front porch with a small table and two chairs, large yard with a fire pit and furnished wood, gas grill, and chairs to use on the back deck overlooking a small creek or around the fire.
