The Tiny House is a great getaway close to the Western Mountains of Maine. Auburn, Augusta & Farmington are also close by. It has a sleeping loft upstairs with a full size foam mattress and a day bed downstairs with a twin foam mattress. It’s on two acres, two lakes nearby great for fishing, boating & swimming. Sunday River Ski Resort is just 45 minutes away. The Tiny House has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, toilet, shower, heat/AC & deck to relax on Please Note: No cooking in the house. No cooking allowed in the house. There is a microwave and toaster to use. For the security of our guests and the safety of The Tiny House, we have an external security camera (Ring Doorbell Camera) located on the front door. The Androscoggin Riverlands State Park is 15 minutes away great for boating, fishing, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing & snowmobiling in the winter months. There's also other great hiking spots not to far away. Dunkin Donuts is nearby, there's also three pizza/food places nearby, there are menus in the house. The mattresses are foam No cooking allowed in the house, there is a microwave and toaster to use. Do not drink the water as its only a dug well the water is perfect for showering, brushing teeth & washing dishes.
