A sandy beach is perfect for family fun during the summer and wooded area with creek great for exploring during the colder months. The location is easy to locate with gate. The space This Mid Mod cabin has a Master with a queen bed and 40" tv. The loft upstairs has two single beds and its own private full bath. Another 40" tv is located in the living area. Each tv has Netflix or Smart TV for your entertainment. A modern kitchen with views for days! The deck is spacious with a charcoal BBQ grill and perfect for sunset viewing all year round. The bird watching and fishing is incredible year round. Birdwatching is great with Hummingbirds are plentiful in the summertime and a beautiful range of finches in the winter. Must be 21 to rent. There is a dock for fishing and loaded with crappie in late march and April. There is Bob Sandlin state park nearby with easy trails for bikes and hiking. They stock the ponds at the state park with trout in winter time. There is a beach when the lake is at normal level and a nice swim area. The lake is nearly free of all trees on the main lake. Guest access Lake with boat slip to house your watercraft. Trailers must be kept outside the gate up the hill. There are 3 public boat ramps on the lake. The slip is available year round for your boating pleasure. You may leave a boat in the water. We provide a Kayak for two to enjoy the lake. Great community dock for fishing and relaxing. Tall Tree Marina great for lunch or dinner with a playground for the kids and bar for the adults. You can drive car or boat to the marina. Two great towns, Mt. Vernon and Winsboro only minutes away for boutique shopping and great restaurants. Hiking trails. Los Pinos Winery for tasting and dinner.
