Old Town Hideaway is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath town house in Old Town Winter Park. It comfortably sleeps 9. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals. The resort and chairlifts are within walking distance, opening the door to a world of adventure! Whether you like the cool summers to hike or river raft or the snowfalls of the winter for skiing and snowboarding, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Finish off the day with a picturesque soak in the 7 person hot tub or a movie! The space Our 3 bedroom/3 bath home sleeps 9 and was built it in 2020. 2 king beds, 1 queen and a common space with a XL Twin and queen bunk bed. There are 2 seperate living room areas with tv's to accommodate everyone. 3 decks boast picturesque views of the Continental Divide. Heated floors in the master and basement bathrooms will keep your feet toasty! A large capacity washer and dryer is available on the bottom floor. Our fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze! It sits in Old Town Winter Park and is within walking distance to the chairlifts or to a shuttle stop. The Gemini lift is a quarter mile walk from our front door. The heart of the Village is a .4 mile walk and includes the Gondola, ticket sales and the private lesson building. At the end of the day, we ski down and walk back to our town house in just a few minutes. Another great perk of our location is that you can easily ski/snowboard to the house for a homemade lunch and be right back on the slopes avoiding the lunchtime crowds. The Village at Winter Park is full of restaurants, bars and shopping at the end of a day of skiing or a snowcat tour. The town of Winter Park and Fraiser are a short car ride or if you prefer, catch a ride on one of the many shuttles for a night of fun! The Fraiser River trailhead starts about quarter of a mile away where you can walk or bike the Winter Park. We have seen moose walking this trail! There are 2 parking spaces in our driveway with no street parking. There is no access to garage. Guest access Guests have access to entire homes except the owners closet and the garage. Other things to note Absolutely no pets! We love our furry friends, but we don't make exceptions.
