The space Jasper has been recently updated with several new furnishings winter 2022! This cottage has a prime location on the corner of Tupelo & Forest Streets. Steps away from most of the amenities that Seaside has to offer. The family pool, adult pool, fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball, badminton, children’s playground and more. All within a short walk to the beach and town. Jasper welcomes you with a large wrap around screened in porch with a swing, outdoor dining, and a hammock. This porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee to to unwind after a day a the beach. Upon entering Jasper Cottage, you are immediately welcomed into an open living room and kitchen/ dining area. As you continue to explore the first floor, you will find a den complete with a queen size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. Just close the door and you have a private sleeping area. Head up to the second floor where you will find one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, one of which also has a daybed with a pull out twin w/ trundle for additional sleeping accommodations. Both bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom. Outside screened in porches offer plenty of relaxation with the porch swing and hammock. There is also a pole mounted grill and outside shower to wash away the sand after a busy day at the beach. * Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. * 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter.
