Several good restaurants and bars nearby; downtown Y a block away. 12' ceilings, hardwood floors, full kitchen and bathroom, coin laundry down the hall. Heat from radiators. Window AC units in summer. TV in bedroom. The apt. is on the 2nd floor: 26 steps. (No elevator.) Parking in lot across the street. Host lives nearby. Bedroom has a queensize bed and a single bed. All cotton sheets washed in unscented detergent. No air fresheners to put up with! You have the whole apartment. There are 2 stairways to the street level: main door on Cherry St. and side door on Simmons St. (that is where the Beanhive Coffeeshop is.) I often don't meet my guests, but I am around when you need me! In the middle of downtown- everything is convenient. Across from the Public Library. Coffeeshop in the building! If you come by train, there is a city bus system that goes all over, as well as taxis. The Amtrak Station is 3 blocks away.
