Private, cozy, relaxing home with beautiful pasture and mountain views. 3 / 2 We call it "the guest house" - it's an entire home on our property for our guests! Everything you need for a quiet, refreshing time away. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, usually with local wildlife making an appearance. Cavender Creek Vineyards is across the street. We are a 5 -10 min drive to several other vineyards/wineries Lumpkin County tax STR #27 The space Please Note: the address is **106 Gate View Dr. Dahlonega, Ga 30533. ** We have comfortable queen beds in each of the two main bedrooms. Both rooms have beautiful views of the pasture or mountains. The master bedroom has a new bed, two large windows, a large walk-in closet and full private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and one large window with view of front yard and small pasture. This bedroom also has use of a separate full bathroom. We have a small extra bedroom with a twin bed. This space might be good for a child or because there is a space with a desk for work/study and because it's separate from common areas, it's a good place for zoom calls! Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all needed cookware. Living room has a large comfortable sofa and leather swivel arm chair .The large coffee table has drawers with playing cards and some games. The living room also has t.v. with WiFi . You will have access to the full-sized washer and dryer in the house. Outside there are two chairs with a small table on the front porch for reading or relaxing with coffee/tea with a view of our small pasture. We have four Adirondack style chairs in the back where you can relax and watch the sunset. The back porch faces the large pasture and mountains with a partial view of our pond. If you want some company while you unwind, consider joining the wine tasting at Cavender Creek Vinyards located across the road from our property. Guest access You will have full access to the house, yard, pasture and parking spaces. Other things to note We don't allow hunting or the discharging of firearms on site. We also ask that you neither smoke inside or burn incense while in the house. There is a small shed near our property that belongs to the neighbors. We do not have access to that shed or any of its contents.
