Small bedroom in cozy 3rd floor apt in Owings Mills with balcony overlooking newly constructed shopping center with tons of restaurants and stores, including Wegmans, DSW, Old Navy, Ulta, Lazy Boy, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Zoe's Kitchen, Chick-Fil-A and so much more! Shop or dine all within walking distance! Also, CCBC and Metro subway to downtown Baltimore is less than a mile away. The space The bedroom will be completely private. There is a shared full bath with shower in the hallway. You are free to use the kitchen, if desired. During your stay I would say about 75% of the time my family and I are home when guests stay. For those times we are gone, I am always a phone call or message away. Other things to note My apartment is about 1000 sq ft and I do live here with my family. If we are home (not so much in the summer), shared spaces are likely occupied and the volume is average. Rest assured that quiet times are honored and you will sleep well during the evening in the super comfy bed! We love to socialize, so don't be shy. However, if you prefer to keep to yourself, that works too. No pressure! The apartment faces the main road so traffic noise is pretty constant until about 10pm to midnight. There is a TV in the room, but it does NOT have cable. There is an antenna attached that provides local stations.
