This contemporary 3,200 sq ft single level home is designed to meet the needs of today's traveler: clean, private and luxurious. It is situated in the Pinnacle Peak area of North Scottsdale (85255), and sits on a large 1-acre lot that is close to the best of North Scottsdale dining, golf and natural area open spaces. The home has a 6 ADULT maximum, 8 person maximum. Guests have private and exclusive use of the property during their stay. Stays including Christmas require 5-night minimum The space The house features a beautiful 60’ lap pool (about 5-foot deep in the lanes), with multiple side step entrances and a large, umbrella-covered 6’ deep platform measuring about 15’ x 25’. Lounge with your foo-foo drinks in plastic glasses! The back yard also has many lounge chairs, umbrellas and a very large afternoon sun protected deck that is roomy enough for a fire pit, 2 patio heaters, barbeque grill and a rectangular outdoor dining table. The pool and spa can be heated (fees apply depending on the time of year that you stay). Inside you will find 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3-car garage with 2 bays for guests. The elegant master bedroom comes replete with a king-sized bed, a sitting area, hand scraped hardwood flooring and a cozy stone fireplace. The luxurious master bath showcases split stone walls, granite counter tops with vessel sinks, separate shower, and stand alone bathtub. On the other side of the home are 3 bedrooms that are each finished to a high standard with queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The linens and towels are new and fresh, as if the owners themselves were to be using them. Each bedroom has its own television while additional large screen TVs are situated in the game and living rooms. The house has WiFi. There is a European flair throughout the home. The game room hosts an 8-ft regulation pool table and a large flat panel TV. The living room opens into the chef’s kitchen which features cherry raised panel cabinetry, slab granite counter tops, Viking electric cooktop with downdraft, 48-inch Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking oven w/convection microwave and warming drawer. A NOTE ABOUT PETS: Should we accept your reservation, AIRBNB does not offer a way to charge for pets. We will charge $70/pet per day and collect this fee IN CASH AT CHECK-IN. A NOTE ABOUT POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool/spa heating is optional. If you want the pool to be heated (max 88 degrees), there is a $75/day fee that we will collect at check-in. AIRBNB does not offer a way to pay this at the time of booking. The spa can be heated in 4-hour blocks of time for $20. A NOTE ABOUT DAMAGE: Life happens. If you (your child, your father-in-law, whoever) break it or stain it, please comp us for it. We're reasonable.
