In hills, view, small farm, Cats, private bathroom

Large room about 175 sq ft. Skylights and piano. Wifi available. 10 minutes to town. 20 minutes from the Caves. 45 minutes to Grants Pass. 30 minutes to Redwoods. 15 acres in our hilly backyard is hiking. We live in the hills small garden/farm and cats. The space Bedroom has one queen size bed. Air mattress available to extra people in room or tent outside. Nice view with piano in room. Nice small indoor bathroom across the house, we will show you, includes a shower and small tub. We are flexible and laid back. Good down home living. Kid friendly. Trampoline available for fun. Some shelves with books and our things in room. We do not charge a cleaning fee or deposit which I find a plus. We get it ready ourselves. Clean sheets and towels provided. Let us know if you need anything else, or more cleans sheets etc..dusting, sweeping etc.. The space is well lived in but clean. Our cats are out and in, we will keep them out of the private room if requested. Guest access First of all, we are very accommodating and flexible. Shared kitchen, but we don't use it much just the freezer and extra fridge. Nice small Indoor bathroom across the mobile about 30 or 40 feet way with shower and small tub. Netflix available on your own device. Wifi available. Cell service is iffy but we have wifi and a landline. Patio and hammock available weather permitted. Washer and dryer are available too. We also have tent camping space, please inquire. Walk through from parking is on dirt/grass. If you need any amenities let us know. We also have possible extra space to accommodate more than 2 for extra charge. Other things to note We have 3 cats. For city folks, this is a house in the hills, forest. We are only 5 miles from the town of Cave Junction though. And we are about 10 miles from The Caves on the same road. We live down a mile long dirt shared driveway/street, a little steep at our driveway. Some guests find it helpful if we meet at the beginning of our driveway, we are more than willing if needed. Map apps are not accurate so it is best for us to meet or talk on phone for detailed directions. Lately we have been told by some guests there map apps were accurate.
